With Wellngain, our aim is to make sports accessible to all, with or without equipment, and to raise awareness of the importance of breaks at work.

The problem

We touch our smartphone 2617 times a day, on average.

Digital natives have an average time on the Internet of 4H23 per day.

This causes:

  • Overuse of technology
  • Multitasking
  • Social distancing
  • Concentration is impacted
  • Hyper-concentration on extraneous noise
  • Procrastination
  • Distraction
  • Loneliness
  • Sedentariness
  • Lack of break
  • Overwork

It became really important to find solutions and keep moving forward. By making Wellngain, I'm aiming to make physical activity accessible to everyone, with or without equipment, alone or with friends, 5 minutes or one hour, when you want, where you want, 24/7.
